Tim was great! Our initial scheduled time/date to winterize our RV was rescheduled due to the weather turning cold. Tim was proactive in communicating the weather change and making his schedule available. We are thankful our appointment happened sooner than later because ice was building up in the lines/tank. Tim's visit was clean, efficient, and thorough. We highly recommend his services--a wealth of knowledge at a reasonable rate.
