I bought a used 2003 20 ft towable. The air conditioning unit wasn't working on it. After making several different calls to other companies, and being told I needed an entire new air conditioning system, Tim and his son came out and fixed a $40 part. Explain to me what they were doing and why, they kept in touch with me letting me know when they would be there, and also fit me into their schedule when they didn't really even have an appointment available.
Tim saved us when we were in a pinch, and talked me through it on the phone, great guy, great service, super knowledgeable, I highly recommend Tim
there is a reason why Tim and Jeff get high ratings. they fix what needs to be fixed, they sell you what you need and nothing that you don't. I was tripping breakers, they went from one end to the other, checked every socket, every wire, took the breaker panel apart checked everything. turns out it was just a couple issues and they found them, fixed them, and everything works fine. Tim was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my issue over the phone. What I thought was a major issue was a simple one. I would highly recommend speaking with him before taking on any projects you're not familiar with. He saved me a lot of time and money. 100% reliable.
