I started as an employee 3 years ago in a cleaning company, and after a couple of weeks I already saw a lot of mistakes in their work. I didn’t know much about the cleaning process, but I knew exactly how to act with customers, and I knew that they weren’t providing a real service. We have hired Tim multiple times now, and his work is always top quality and very thorough. He's cleaned our couches and rugs, and we are never disappointed. He is responsive to scheduling requests, always confirms the appointment and is very easy to communicate with. Tim is great! He came on time, worked fast, and did a great job with my old carpeted stair case. They look brand new and we couldn’t be happier!!!
Service was prompt, the cleaning was quick, and he was super professional and kind! My couch and chair were once decorated in Mac and cheese and juice and now look brand new!
