I had hired Time before, and he had done a fantastic job. I hired him again for a carpet repair/patch. He told me he was only available 8:00 am - 2:00 pm so I took off work to meet him at 2:00, but he never showed up. I called him 3 times, left voicemails, emailed him, contacted him through facebook (which said he was online) and reached out to him via his website. At 3:30 I gave up.
