Purchased what I consider an expensive ZT Gravely homeowners ZTX. Sales person and owner was wonderful. No pressure. This is something that I believe was an indication on how they handle a customer request. I have purchased a ZT in the past and always got delivered with the arms not being equal at speed. Tim’s Equipment is doing pretty well for a new dealer everyone is really friendly and very helpful. I would of given them a 5 star but they really need to work on communication with the customer.
What a great experience! Went to Tim’s Equipment to purchase a mower and got exactly what I needed. Tim Emery and Matt Nicol showed me around asked me what size my lawn was and what I wanted it to do with it. They didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. I got the right mower at a great price. Very knowledgeable individuals. Highly recommend them if you are looking to make a purchase.
