After finding myself with a coolant leak in my truck that I had neither the time, nor tools to fix myself, I called Tim's to see if they could get me in ASAP. They got me in just a couple days later. I got a call with a quote before they started any work, and the truck was fixed in just over a day, for the price they quoted. Which was actually lower than I was expecting. This is hands down, one of the best auto shops in the state of Connecticut. I had such a pleasant experience here, the staff was so nice and didnt try to oversell anything to me, and the prices are superb! I hope this place is around for the next 100!!!!
Best service over there! These kind folk go above and beyond. Some time after having work done, I did some myself. A simple oil change and some days later the check oil light came on. I thought I screwed something up. Called over trying to get an apt to be seen. When I explained why, I was told what the issue was, and instead of having me come in and charge me. He guided me through the process of resetting the systems "time to change the oil" internal clock. They are friendly, took time to help even when it didn't make them ... read more
