I went by the shop today and it looked closed for good. All the equipment had been removed as well as all of the office fixtures. Maybe Tim has moved to a new location or maybe he has shut down the business for good. Hopefully time will tell.
I just needed a bulb changed, he changed the bulb and the light was still out. So he said it's electrical, I bought the bulb with me and he still charged me 25.00 for a bulb he didn't fix??? Went to another shop and was told he changed the wrong bulb and I had to pay again. His shop is ALWAYS empty because he doesn't know what he's doing.
Great experience! He was super nice, very patient with all of my questions, and got my van back within a few hours. Will come back!
Time is a great mechanic. He is honest, fair, and works quickly. His work is quality and we have been going there a number of years!
Horrible customer service. I'm new in town and called to get pricing. He hung up on me. Thinking it may have been an accident, I called back twice, both times he picked up the phone and without saying hello, hung up the phone. I'm take my business elsewhere. Good riddance.
