My car broke down and Tim towed, fixed, and stored my car for weeks because I live in Michigan. They are very nice people.
My car was due for service last week, and I waited at the shop. The gentlemen who worked in the shop were very friendly, funny, and kind. My ex-husband is very sick and was in the ICU at this time in Columbus, and before I could take my car home, his doctor called and said that he needed to be intubated and asked if I would like to see him before he was intubated. We were driving through on home to MN. Wheel bearing goes out on truck. Got towed to Tim's. They had availability and parts same day. Had both wheel bearings changed out and an alignment and spent less than expected. Everyone there was so helpful and we were on the road same day. Could not recommend them enough for this area!!
