I’m sorry if this is a long read but I’m hoping that this may help people in the same/similar dilemma I was in to have a better insights . Just moved in to this beautiful little town of Colborne about five years ago and one of the few things in my priority as a daily commuter is to find a good auto repair shop that’s straight shooter, professional and provides solid work. Our alternator died on the 401 (on our way back from Toronto). Tim’s auto repair was the closest garage from us. They took us in even if they were booked. They found the right part and got everything done in a few hours. The whole crew was so welcoming and amazing! Thanks again! (Shoutout to Carol and Tim)
This guy is a crook. He has taken advantage of my parents repeatedly by charging for services that were not done. Spent almost a year waffling to me about being unable to find parts that were readily available from the manufacturer and let my car sit on his lot until it had mouse damage. I ended up getting the car towed to another mechanic who did the work that was originally requested AND fixed the damage done by this place all for less than Tim's originally quoted.
