I broke down at 6:00 am. I called Tim at 6:20, when I realized I could not fix my issue. He was there in less then an hour with tools for the job. He was unable to fix the problem at first so he had so he ran to a local parts store, purchased a few new tools and fixed the problem for the same amount of money he quoted from the original phone call. I really appreciate his prompt service and determination to complete the job. I got back on the road and on my way. Nice guy to boot. Thx Tim!

I called Tim at 9:45 am. He told me he would be over between 3 and 4 to do the work. At 3:30 he calls me back to tell me it will be between 4 and 5. I told him I was fine with that. Never heard from him again. I called him back the next morning, another gentleman answers his phone and tells me he will call me back, which never happened. Refuses to take my calls.
