Exceptional service from start to finish! The team at TIMRA — from the apprentice right through to the owner — were incredibly professional and genuinely took pride in their work. It’s rare to find this level of reliability and attention to detail in Ipswich, and it really shows in the quality of the job they delivered. I make this review at risk of them getting even busier and not fitting me in later on… The team here are the best in every way that matters. Switched on, caring, genuine, experienced, cost effective… I had an issue with my car that multiple other mechanics couldn’t figure out and said I would probably need an engine change. Timra fixed it in 40 minutes…. I’m not even exaggerating. There is a reason they have all 5 stars. Thanks guys - you deserve all the kudos and more on here :-)
Wish I knew about them sooner. They found the problem in about ten minutes and didn't try to rip us off by saying we needed unnecessary work done.
