Fantastic people who did a outstanding job! I showed up 2 hours before closing time expecting to be on the next days work schedule but they pulled 1 of their own trailers out of the shop and put me right in.
These guys absolutely killed it, was in a hurry got me out quick. Professional, fast, and definitely nice techs, even with having to deal with other mechanics mess ups. Absolutely would recommend.
Before you buy a car Hauler from Timpte make sure you actually bring the car to the dealer and try to open doors when fully raised. Their videos are misleading and my vehicle "Heavier but within weight limits of trailer" with a higher door clearance than a Porshe will not let us exit the vehicle. Upon contacting the service dept they said trailer measurements are within "Spec" even though i cant open doors to get out of vehicle. Before you spend any money on this brand do your diligence.
