If you think customer service is a thing of the past, then you haven't meet Jack Hollister at Timpte in Aurora! I have had a unresolved warranty issue on a 1020 EZ-load trailer for 2 years, after meeting with and speaking with several company representatives with no resolution, I spoke with Jack, and he told me that he would see what he could do, within 2 weeks he had it resolved. Thank you again Jack for just listening to your customer and following through!
