When the customer tells you that something isn't working, listen and get it resolved... I specifically stated that the tarp doesn't work most of the time, that it's likely an electrical issue inside the box on the trailer and that you might need to try it a few times. Then I drive back 45 miles to discover that it still doesn't work and when inquired about it something to the affect "It didn't act up, it worked for us". If you think customer service is a thing of the past, then you haven't meet Jack Hollister at Timpte in Aurora! I have had a unresolved warranty issue on a 1020 EZ-load trailer for 2 years, after meeting with and speaking with several company representatives with no resolution, I spoke with Jack, and he told me that he would see what he could do, within 2 weeks he had it resolved. Thank you again Jack for just listening to your customer and following through!
