I had an amazing experience with Yoli at Timpanogos Hypnotherapy. On the website, it says that she has almost 30 years of experience in hypnotherapy, and you can see that after the very first session. She is skilled, compassionate, and truly dedicated to people. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just guide you through a session and send you on your way, she provides practical “homework” and teaches powerful tools you can use daily to overcome personal challenges. I highly recommend this clinic!
Yoli was great! She was very kind and loving and so supportive! So thankful I went to her to get help with some things I was struggling with .
I came ready to change any beliefs and/or baggage holding me back, but didn't quite know where to start. Yoli was very encouraging. She explained the theory and walked me through several methods to identify areas to change and then to reprogram and make the changes stick.
