When the parts came in your mechanic worked after hours so I could have my bike the next morning at store opening. I was impressed with his dedication to do the job.
Great shop with super-competent dudes working there. Very fair pricing on bikes/ parts and have a ton of options to choose from. It's my favorite bike shop on earth, you should shop hear too.

What an awesome shop! Just bought two Rockhoppers and couldn’t be happier. Mark, Dee and the rest of the guys are awesome! They spent the time to help us with decisions and make sure we were happy. Mark even stayed past closing for us. We are from Salt Lake, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a new bike or service. I will also say their selection is fantastic, lots of choices. Thanks again guys!
Knowledgeable staff with great customer service. If they suggest doing something to my bike, I tell them to go ahead with the work. I like that they will caution me on certain pieces that will, in time, need attention. Thanks for helping me ride these amazing trails!!
