Terrible experience thus far. I drop my mower off back in May issues with kill switches somewhere I believe there’s about five of them told them I don’t know which one was bad if they could figure that out for me.. They told me about They’re about three weeks out gave them three weeks called. They said they would call me back with the diagnosis at the end of the day nearly a month has passed and I have heard nothing. I just called and the phone rang. Our experience with Tim and his crew was amazing. He took our old mower in on a trade and delivered our new to us mower. He was very thorough and professional. We did need him to come and do a service call and again exceeded our expectations. We purchased AS IS and he did not hesitate to address our concerns. 10/10 recommend. PLEASE CONTINUE TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES.
