I visited Timothy's for the first time last night for dinner, and I am completely blown away by the entire experience! We started our meal with the black-eyed pea hummus appetizer, which was absolutely fantastic and full of flavor. For our main courses, I ordered the salmon, which was cooked to perfection, and my date had the chickpea and dumplings—both dishes were beautifully executed and incredibly delicious. An experience worth five stars from the moment I arrived. Everything was beautifully prepared and ready to go, with calm mood lighting, soothing sounds and a very inviting atmosphere that set the tone so effortlessly.
