I really do like the office, the Doc AND the PA! I had one issue with a staff member eating Chinese food at the front desk one time (a long time ago), I mentioned my concern, and I never saw anything like that there since. Heidi is very caring and knowledgeable, Dr. Willingham is thorough & has a great way about him. Ladies at the front, are dealing with a lot at one time and still taking care of us. YOU all are appreciated.
Dr. Willingham is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. However, lately after the pandemic they have new office staff that are not very friendly or even care about helping you. I’ve never encountered such blatant behavior of disrespect and rudeness. You can’t have staff like that running your office because instead of inviting patients they make you feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I've been going to Dr Willingham's office and practice since he started. I've currently have been seeing Sailyis Stewart the Nurse Practitioner for the last eight years. She has been so instrumental in helping me with all my health issues and anxiety that I have dealt with for many years. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and addresses them with great care. Both Dr Willingham and Sailyis Stewart are fabulous.
