Once you are an established patient, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment, without the office cancelling and rescheduling further and further out. And if you have an event, forget trying to get I. And get evaluated... extremely over booked? Or he is never there? One or the other
First available appointment is in August..one would think when it's a breathing issue an appointment might be easier to get.. AND the attitude from the desk should not be "take it or leave it". I will tell anyone who will listen not to bother with this office
Dr. Herrick has always been available when I needed him for my COPD. He is very understanding, listens carefully & answers question. His overall demeanor is gentle and understanding. I feel very fortunate to have him as my pulmonologist.
