I am not a client BUT i happen to be outside when I heard a male from this office SCREAMING at a young lady delivering mail. First of all, nobody should ever be screamed at while doing their job. Second, what kind of man feels the need to verbally attack a young woman? If I ever need legal services I highly doubt I would want someone representing me who clearly cannot control his anger. Mr. Carlson was very rude and disrespectful. He is currently working on behalf of the Butler County Land Bank and does not represent them well. I am the Executive Director for a Non Profit and have worked with many Land Banks. I was very disappointed at how unprofessional this attorney spoke to me on the phone. It would be in the best interest of the Butler County Land Bank to find another attorney to represent them.

Tim was our kid's Guardian Ad Litem and he did a great job. Understanding and approachable, anyone would be lucky to have him in this capacity.
