I wish I had written this review sooner, especially after reading these “positive” reviews about Dr. Vogel. I agree that Dr. Vogel and his staff are pleasant, welcoming, and reassuring. Like many other reviewers, I was scared, shocked, and in tears when Dr. Vogel told me that my child needed surgery. He was very calm, encouraged questions, made me feel comfortable, and spent time talking about his experience and qualifications to reassure me. Little did I know he was NOT being honest. Dr. Vogel was incredible throughout our son’s craniosynostosis journey. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and made us feel secure every step of the way. His office staff, Susie and Charles, were so kind and supportive. We’re so grateful for the exceptional care our son received.
When our daughter needed lifesaving surgery, the staff at Goryeb Children's Hospital knew to call Dr. Vogel, an expert in his field. He was compassionate and professional from the start, working with a sense of urgency, but answering our questions patiently. It's no exaggeration to say that we met him on one of the worst days of our lives and he and his talented team not only saved our daughter's life, but gave us our family back. Dr. Timothy Vogel and his staff are truly amazing. We did our research before choosing a provider for our daughter and I am so glad we found Dr. Vogel. Dr. Vogel performed our daughter’s craniosynostosis endoscopic surgery in July of 2025. He is knowledgeable, compassionate and took the time to explain the procedure and answered any questions we had. He made us feel so comfortable at a scary time for our family. Dr. Vogel is amazing!! He was able to analyze my daughter the moment he walked in the door. He then took his time explaining all the details of his diagnosis. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease during that difficult time. His staff Susie and Charles are very helpful and caring people!!
