Dr. Vogel was an exceptional surgeon when our son Adam needed spinal surgery at 2 days old. He was compassionate and with endless patience explained everything about our son's condition to us. We are extremely grateful for the skill and compassion that Dr. Vogel has shown and continues to show as we come for follow up appointments.
Went to see Dr Vogel as a surgery follow-up; very friendly staff greeted my grandson by name, and asked how we were doing in friendly conversation, friendly quiet office, brought right in, explained how long our wait was, that makes a big difference. Dr Vogel came in, and sat and examined and discussed follow-ups, ask for questions and he was extremely personable. No one rushed us, comfortable surroundings, great support staff and excellent and friendly Physician.Would highly recommend this office and practice.
I was referred to Dr. Vogel for my 4 month old who had severe plagiocephaly and was in need of a DocBand. Dr. Vogel examined him and informed us that he had Craniosynostosis (his skull fused) which could potentially cause way more issues than him just having plagiocephaly. We were booked for surgery that day. After spending 45 minutes discussing the surgery and risks of not doing the surgery, I felt 100% comfortable and confident knowing my child was in his hands for his surgery. Dr. Vogel is absolutely amazing! We were super nervous when we first heard about having to get a endoscopic assisted surgery for Metopic craniosynostosis. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable & had knowledge about the surgery. I recommend anyone who has to get the same procedure done for their child to him! His staff (Susie & Charles) are wonderful as well! So friendly & amazing bedside manner! Very pleasant to be able to meet this team.
Dr. Vogel is the best surgeon we could have hoped for. He is personable, calm, and explained everything in a way I can understand. Also very knowledgeable and works with only top of the line by his side. My baby recovered well from his neurosurgery with no infection. My highest of recommendation goes to him!
