I was having moderate to severe allergy problems. I wasn't able to sing in my church choir and voice got hoarse when I went outside. Dr Trojan's prescription was, 'don't go outside.' I can't stay in my apartment and live any kind of life. So now I am relegated to live a life where singing is hard to impossible and I suffer just be able to go fishing.
Outstanding person for the most part very knowledgeable in his field of profession. Explained the root of my problem and a quick fix for it.
Totally unimpressed with Dr. Trojan. He spent very little time, asked too few questions. I did not feel like he was listening and I saw him roll his eyes once at one of my questions. I feel like he just put me into a cookie cutter. He seemed very unconcerned and blasé'. His front desk staff was great... the assistants not so much. I will be looking in OKC and/or Wichita for someone who actually cares about their patients.
I called to Dr.Trojan office for making appointment for my kid. One lady took my call. But she was not responding to me properly. She was behaving very rude. She was cutting my call abruptly. Why she is working in health care? as she is not caring for others. She is not understanding others. Please don't keep her in your office. Dr.Trojan.
Dr. Trojan is a pretty good allergist for a smaller community. Most were more minor, such as obviously charging me/my insurance incorrectly and needing to send an amendment. I switched insurances in the middle of the year. They apparently thought they could not refile at first nor did they submit a claim correctly later so I could file an amendment, and I ended up ... read more
Dr. Trojan and also his PA have been a true blessing to me and also the Stillwater Ok. Community. He is an excellent and caring doctor and his entire staff is amazing.
AMAZING, SMART, KNOWLEDGEABLE ALLERGY DOCTOR. I'M 65, SUFFER FROM HARSH COUGH, MUCUS, ALLERGY RELATED PROBLEMS. AFTER DR. TROJAN MADE HIS SKIN TEST ON ME, HE CONCLUDED MY PROBLEM WAS MY ACID REFLUX--NOT ALLERGIES. I'VE NEVER THOUGHT GERD/BARRETS COULD CAUSE MY MEDICAL PROBLEM. DR. TROJAN SHOWED ME HOW IT CAN HAPPEN. THIS DR. IS A GENIUS. HE GAVE ME WRITTEN RECOMMENDATIONS, SUGGESTIONS, & HIS PROGNOSIS. NOTHING BUT THE HIGHEST EXEMPLARY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TROJAN. -ALSTON INGRAM, Jr.
I have been seeing Dr. Trojan for 2 yrs. only recently have I been very disappointed in his staff. I can't get a simple prescription. It has been over a week. His staff is unhelpful. I like Dr. Trojan but the staff make the experience awful.
