Unfortunately I have to go to the internet to speak. But I feel I need to inform people. My family and I were in the market for a house in Clearlake Keys. The house we offered on was a bank owned home. We were on a strict budget and had an offer accepted the unfortunate part is the broker and agent were unfamiliar with the process and we paid $300 for a pest inspection and $450 for a home inspection to find out the bank sells the home as is with no reduction in price for damage.
