Tim is THE realtor of choice in the Nashville area. Truly, you needn’t look further at all. He was such a help to me and my husband when we moved to TN from out of state and went above and beyond with all of our quirky asks and preferences. 10/10 would recommend Tim to anyone whether you’re a first time buyer like me or looking for your next home. Tim was beyond helpful, prompt, quick with communication, and most importantly patient during the entire process.
