I think he's great. Understands my medical needs. I just wish our medical system was so over burdened so the doctors weren't overworked.
I am so glad Dr. Tidwell came to our town. Dr. Tidwell has been taking on my family's health issues with kindness and caring approach. After having the run around for years by other doctors my family's health has never been better. I cannot express my gratitude enough.
I have been trying for over a week to have Dr Tidwell refill my prescriptions. I have never been so disappointed in a doctor before. The antidepressant I have been prescribed has terrible withdrawals and Dr Tidwell should know this. I picked up emergency refills from the pharmacist and ran through those while waiting for Dr Tidwell to send the authorization for refills. Every time I've had an appointment set up in advanced, he has canceled on me last minute. And when I've been put on his cancellation list I'm ignored or forgot. He wants to see me every 3 months because of what he's prescribed me but HE can't maintain that schedule? That's ridiculous
Dr Tidwell is great he's not the problem. His entire staff does not get back to you!! No contact or return phone call even when Dr Tidwell makes referrals and you sit and wait. Absolutely horrible service when trying to call his office and find out what is happening with the referrals Dr Tidwell has made. Incompetent staff and or organization. This is borderline malpractice.
