Reached out to Tim to begin my search for a condo near campus. Tim showed me many different options and we discussed the pros and cons of each location. In the end we found a great option. Tim was very helpful in the contracting process and closing. After close Tim has been a good resource for question we have had being new to the Boulder area. Highly recommend.

My Wife and I couldn’t recommend Tim more. He was amazing during every step of the process. We met Tim at an open house in the Broomfield area that he was working for a colleague. He immediately began to educate us on the aspects to look for in homes built in this area. Two days later (on Labor Day), he took us to see 10 homes when he could’ve taken the day off.
