Don't bother if you haven't been there for a while because they will gleefully tell you that you are no longer a patient. They told me I was technically considered a dropped patient because I hadn't been there for 3 years and I just kindly let them know that I did not receive a letter in the mail, a text, a hi bye or kiss my you know what kind of rude way to run a business especially healthcare business. Oh and they offered to get me in with new providers sometime in February. I'm mad at myself for even calling -
Blood pressure 175/100 and didn't have time to see even though had discussed what to do if current med didn't work. Said depressed... Typical doctor when doesn't know what is wrong it is the patient that has problems. Really high blood pressure and it is my fault....
I was very pleased with him when I was able to use him. He identified a problem another missed.
Very good doctor who cares about his patients. Thanks to Doctor Soncasie and his staff!
