Office poor followup, callbacks nonexistent, multiple calls for Rx NEVER filled in timely manner (forget about ‘in 48hrs’), Dr Scherer wonderful, office very disappointing.
Dr Schwartz has an exceptional bedside manner. I never felt rushed, he answered all my questions and alleviated any concerns. He made me feel as though I was his only patient for the day. How refreshing!
I would 100% recommend him to anyone!! . So much more knowledgeable, thorough and personable then my prior GI. I have been a patient for over 10 years.
