I call Santos for a price to up grade my panel. Tim told me he call me back on Monday. When he didn't call I phoned him on Tuesday and he said he would come by that Thursday morning and look at the job and give me a price. So I took the day off to meet him and he never showed up or called.

We had a residential electrical issue that was over a weekend and considered an urgent level service. Santos Electric was very responsive, Came the next morning, diagnosed the issue, proposed services needed to restore power, and contacted National Grid to get the repair started. We were back to 100% power by the afternoon. Excellent service! Highly recommend Santos Electric!

Tim and his team are absolute professionals. I had a problem in my house where one of the underground cables was dead. In a matter of one day they performed the work which required more than initially thought as cables were buried without a conduit. Excavation was required and everything went smooth from their part. National Grid made lives difficult, but Tim and his team showed great patience and were able to solve it for me which i greatly appreciated. At the end of the day my power was fixed.
