I saw Dr. Novak as an emergency patient and he was the best I’ve ever had. He treated me with such dignity, respect, patience, kindness and privacy. I felt like I was a patient he’d been seeing for years. He listened to every word I said. During my appointment he also had an exceptional team assisting him to make sure I was okay.
