I have been seeing Tim many years and base my insurance options on whether this clinic takes it. He answers messages quickly and takes time to listen to my concerns! He allows ME to be part of my POC and that means a lot! He has my diagnosis under control! I nor my husband will NOT see anyone else! If he’s off we wait if possible, he knows our schedule isn’t that flexible by being on the road several weeks at a time and does his best to work around that!Great job Tim!

I was told i would receive a call back and i even messaged and asked for a call back to discuss my test results. He never called me yet continued to email instead. Refused to speak with me over the phone or give real information on what to do. I had to ask multiple questions and wait for a response because he refused to call. This is the first doctor office i went to when the Nurse or MD refuse to call patients to discuss test results. First and last time going.
