Dr. Bailey is an amazing doctor! His staff is unprofessional and could care less about patience. As long as the office makes money that’s all that matters. If you schedule an appoint for a physical you WILL HAVE 2 charges! One for going and another charge for them to tell you what your blood work results are. They require you to bring your blood work results before your appointment, however they DONT REMIND YOU or email you or tell you. If you don’t remember from the previous year that’s your problem. Not very good. Dr. will not see me in person because of COVID 19. I have seen two specialist, had testing procedures done ALL IN PERSON. Yet this Dr. does not want to see me because of a virus. These people are Dr.s ! How does this make sense?
Dr. Bailey is an excellent doctor. His office staff makes sure that you are greeted in a friendly manner; prescription refills are called in properly and on a timely basis. His nurses are excellent. You seldom have to wait to get seen, which is important when you are not feeling well.
Dr Bailey is very kind and patient. He is well informed, clean and upbeat. He's easy to understand, and has a very pleasant atmosphere in office. His staff, and his wife, and ARNPs are excellent as well. They are always willing to answer my questions and they promptly answer phones in person! I would definitely recommend Dr Bailey to anyone who needs a caring, up to date, nice, family practice Dr. I always feel well cared for.
Dr. B's Staff are upbeat, attentive and eager to please. Dr. B's professional, does a thorough review of past records and new test results, details options of complex SENIOR issues, and allows time for patient decisions. I have dual residences in NY and FL so having seen many doctors I sincerely appreciate Dr. Bailey's approach to date.
