Had prostate surgery, Dr Ruddell did such a good job I had no bleeding and by the third day I was up and going. His an honest and caring Urologist.

I unfortunately had a horrible experience with this doctor. He brushed me off from the moment I walked it, as a college age girl it is a struggle to get doctors to listen to me about my pain and he was no exception. And the nurse I had to communicate with through the portal was extremely rude, unhelpful, and would go a full week without answering me.
Dr. Ruddell is one of the best doctors I've worked with. Not only is he clearly very knowledgeable, but he is also very personable and caring. He always listens very carefully and asks you a lot of questions, and you never feel rushed. He's also very reasonable about his approach - he'll run tests and prescribe meds if need be, but he always checks with you first and he never tries to push it.
