Friendly staff which was professional and courteous.
The staff at Dr. Montalvo office were all very friendly and pleasant and knowledgeable. The new offices are very nice and welcoming. It was a good visit.
I called this office four weeks ago to make my mother a new patient appointment. Scheduling office confirmed he was taking new patients and the appointment was made. The day before the appointment Susan calls me and leaves me a voicemail telling me he is not accepting new patients and she is cancelling the appointment. She does not leave me a direct number to her office so I call the scheduling office again.
