Dr. Rathbun has helped me through a very life changing ordeal. He very personable and respectful. His office staff is always willing to help with me making time sensitive appointments. They make sure the required paperwork is delivered in time.
Dr Rathbun is very condescending and has no respect for the patients time. My first visit was uncomfortable at best with how he spoke to me and the 2nd one did not happen as I left after an hour of waiting while he spent time with a rep of some sort. In the hallway he told me good luck in finding a Dr who would respect my time.
I watched today as Dr. Rathbun exceeded my expectations with a patient. She seemed very uneasy in the waiting room but as she left you could tell she was at ease in his presence and was smiling. He is very gentle natured and knowledgeable with my concerns in regards to neurological issues. I would recommend him not only to my friends and family, but anyone who has the need for a neurologist!
This office is too busy to help its patients. I have to start calling 3 weeks ahead of when I need something and it still doesn't get done. When its finally done it is not done correctly. We have been here for 3 years and will be switching asap.
I don’t understand if these other folks have been to the same doctor. Over the last 3 years I have taken my brother ( many DX troubles)to him. We have been seen at least 5 times and had MRI’s Cat scans completed . Always through, quick to respond to questions. We just saw him today. Would recommend others to try him.
