Desperately trying to get my uncle's Rx refilled. It is something he cannot do without as he could have seizures. Tried calling Tim's office. Nobody ever answers. Left messages. No returns. This is a common running theme with his office.
Stubborn, refuses to admit when he might be wrong despite evidence showing he is. Good luck getting quality care from him.
