I was referred to the Westerville location. i was almost immediately diagnosed with cancer and went through hell. I had to edure laser surgery and multiple biopsy. this went on for approx 7 months. The last straw was when I was sent to the James at OSU for treatment where I was told I needed three teeth pulled and reconstructive surgery. This is where I said enough. Daughter went there in January doc said she is fine no need for anything. Two weeks later same symptoms and she is put in an antibiotic. Two weeks later she goes back no better and she needed her tonsils out in which we told the first doctor she had multiple bouts with strep throat. Had the surgery and everything is great. I thought they waived the bill from January as I paid for the second doctor visit and the surgery as well as the third doctors visit. I also paid surgical center and anesthesiologist. By all means if you have an ear wax problem, Ohio ENT is effective. If you are deaf, I dont recommend them. I waited an hour to see the surgeon that was recommended to do my cochlear implant. He walked in the room, looking at my chart and asked if I had ever had tubes in my ears "before". I said No. He looked in my ears and said "YOU HAVE TUBES IN YOUR EARS NOW!"
