He, or a colleague, treated me at UR Medical urgent care and knew straight away what was wrong with me. Many previous doctors didn’t listen to my symptoms.
Dr. Pitler saw me in the emergency dept at F.F. Thompson Hospital December 30. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the proper treatment. He was very competent, very nice, reassuring, and I appreciate all his efforts on my behalf.

Dr. Pitler treated me for a difficult fracture in my left arm last Monday. It was a very bad fracture and the doctor had to work with the two broken bones that were separated and nowhere together. He was very heroic in his approach and manipulated what he could. He arranged a meeting with a specialist at Strong on Thursday. When that appointment took place and a new X ray was taken..the bones were looked normal and well placed. I credit Dr. Pitler's actions on Monday to explain that miracle! .
