Full off excuses. November…we’ve been waiting since November. Finally we get the funds released and two months later we still don’t have our checks. Funds were released end of January, said we should have checks by Feb 26, it’s March 25. I hate bashing people but get your shit together. And they still haven’t returned my call from Monday or today. It’s our money and we want it now. Find a better one.
My wife and her family have had nothing but delays and excuses from this firm. After finally finalizing deal on property, the paycheck has been delayed or lied about a half a dozen times. The case has been over since last year, and the family still has not been given their money. They've run out of excuses and just don't return phonecalls or answer questions at this point. I wouldn't recommend this attorney to anyone. Definitely avoid
He doesn’t do his job in my opinion he didn’t call the family to discuss the will after the death and the will wasn’t recorded so I felt like I lost money everything wasn’t explained properly
