Dr. Baxter was a compassionate person who was not only my physician but a friend. He was honest and really worked for his patients no matter what. He’s since retired and he’s set the bar extremely high for my next doctor. I truly wish him well.
I've been seeing Dr. Baxter since he was 'the new guy' over on Broadway in Southport, almost 20 years ago. He's always been friendly and no nonsense. I appreciate that. The only regular physician that I've ever had or needed.
