Cordial, timely, caring , detailed.
I’ve seen Dr T.Nelson since 2010. I enjoy interacting with his staff and him. I can get my questions answered. We develop a plan of care together, and the My Chart app is great for asking questions, sending my current vital sign list, and reviewing office visits instructions, and test results.
I was met by a welcoming staff. Karen, Dr Nelson’s nurse, is so friendly, and Dr Nelson is so professional and shows great empathy to my issues.
Always friendly and takes as much time i need. Appreciate the communication and direction given.
Sr Nelson is so thorough and kind~ I am grateful for his concern for my health and how to make myself better~ He is amazing!
