Did not listen after just 1 minutes he decided I should pay him to put tubes in my ears then try a Meniett ther as py that is unproven and only temporary works in about half. Did not listen to my problems I needed him for. Just a I m better than you attutude.
Best ENT! To the point and super knowledgeable. Some past reviews complained about unfriendliness, I didn’t get that feeling at all. I’m focused on my health and I’m not there to make friends, even though everyone was very kind to me. I’m there for the best medical care from an expert and that’s what I get. Dr. Kaisers knowledge and experience is unmatched.
I got by the feeling from Dr. Kaiser that I was an inconvenient interruption to his day. Like I was wasting his time and he just didn't care.
