Wish 1 star was an option. Not sure why people have service jobs but don’t know how to talk to people. Terrible Manager Brenda thought it would be appropriate to scold my husband and tell him he needed to be more responsible ( he missed two payments “official” payments but he was getting charged for a late fee & he didn’t realize it wasn’t the full amount.) when he called to get a better understanding. The office is great. I love Dr. McNamara he was professional and put me at ease. He is caring and listens intently. I would highly recommend him.
