If only I could leave a good review... 8 months, over $5000, and a lot more pain later, I can only say this approach doesn't work on spinal conditions such as mine. Way too iffy to have taken the plunge.. indrank the kool-aid, desperate,, zip... And the follow up support..for my increased pain was nil. Never a call. Note. Email. On top of it all..though I was there in April they wouldn't refill a prescription (non narcotic) that they prescribed! Come on! H9w does one spend 5k!!! And not call and say, how's it going? I've been working with Dr Mazzola for a little over a year on a hip pain I've been having. After doing several treatments including PRP, Prolo, and nerve hydro dissection, paying around $6,000~, it doesn't feel like his office has a plan to address my pain and so I'm needing to find care elsewhere. Everyone was friendly and professional, but it is very expensive to pay out of pocket for ineffective treatment. I know he's helped plenty of other people, so he may help you, but just know there are limitations.
As a family, we’ve had several highly positive experiences with Dr. Mazzola. My very recent procedure was outstanding. I personally find Dr. Mazzola’s intellectual curiosity and professional excitement at getting to the root cause of issues to be quite unusual and inspiring. I also found their level of pre-procedure patient preparation to be excellent. I was able to connect with Anna multiple times with questions that arose. I would strongly recommend both him and his team.
