The staff is great. Dr. Maryanov is an unethical provider. I decided to prolong my life and get off of Oxycodone. I was taking 30 mg 3x/day for chronic back pain and managed to reduce down to 15 mg 2x/day. Oxycodone never made the pain go away, I was wasting my life by sleeping my days away! Dr. Maryanov was not supportive of my endeavor, realizing I would not require my monthly Medicare visits.
