I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Phillips and his staff. I started using his office in 2023 and I cannot say enough positive things about his practice. I was greeted by friendly staff with a smile. I thought the paperwork was thorough and asked all the right questions to make sure my dental needs were met. I think it’s great that they do 6 month cleanings and yearly exams accompanied by X-rays. You don’t realize how much your teeth can change from year to year. 🚫WARNING to self pay patients 🚫…….went in for a simple teeth cleaning, and got piggybacked with X-rays, which are unnecessary at a cleaning. Mind you, we’ve been patients here and already have our X-rays on file. Was told they do this yearly. Called around to double check to see if that’s protocol for cleanings. No, no it’s not. A sneaky, unprofessional tactic to grab some extra money. Very disappointed.
Today was my first visit to this dental practice and I had a great experience. The staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Phillips was very professional, kind, and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Timothy M. Phillips, DDS.
Very nice and efficient. Never had to wait long and was in and out fast.
