Dr. Biagini takes time to explain things & truly listens, although my check-in experience was less than stellar. I was a last minute add-on and the receptionist kept asking me if I was sure I didn’t mean that I was there to see his N.P. even as I played the voicemail twice she ignored me & called his nurse to confirm.
