Ok, I love dr. Grade, he is very caring and compassionate doctor. I am an established patient with him. In May of this year I had an episode that landed me in the er.. Dr Grode is a nice man and I think he knows his science. The problem is that is is nearly impossible to get a prescription once he says he’s filled one out for you. My first prescription took over two and a half weeks to get because he forgot or did not file something correctly. Now I’ve been waiting a few days for a refill and no one, NO ONE, has responded. Great Doctor. Always enjoy my visits.
My PCP has sent two or three referrals in the past several months so I could see Dr. Grode. My husband knew him from Rotary and knew he was a great doctor. The office has sent me emails saying they’ve received a referral and I needed to call the office to make an appointment. Within these months, I’ve called and was told by the receptionist that I would need to talk to the person that schedules for Dr. Grode.
