Daughter in law took the middle grandson to see him, and the man was very rude and acted like my daughter in law didn't know anything about what was going on with her own son, she explained what my grandsons regular doctor had said about his eardrum possibly being inverted and this man just told her that he was gonna send her foe a hearing test for my grandson. First of all, this is no reflection of his staff. The ladies in the office were kind, caring, ane friendly. HE, on the other hand has probably the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my entire life. I went in to have polyps removed. After a struggle of being intubated, I had to receive an emergency tracheostomy. Dr. Jones took no time to explain the issue at hand, nor did he allow my family to advocate for me. Dr. Jones is great! I saw him for a sinus infection. Antibiotics did not help and I ended up needing surgery. He was very kind throughout the process and explained everything for the surgery. His staff has been wonderful, always takes care of my needs in a timely manner. I can breath properly again and I have Dr. Jones to thank for that.
