Visited Dr Robison for the 2nd time. All he cared to mention was the fact that i am 30 lb overweight. Didn't really care what the status of the knee replacement that i had in May, or other joint issues that I have had from previous injuries. I wanted a DR that can listen a little. In the 2 visits I had with him ALL he talked about was weight. Don't really need a Dr to tell me that . Very odd bedside manner in my opinion. I called at 9:03 am on a Tuesday and didn't get thru .No one picked up and phone didnt roll to a answering service.I called another agency..
I agree with the first review. It appears this place has not improved in the last 7 years although their commercial tries to give the opposite message. Loved one went into the ER and there was blood, vomit, and a USED catheter on the floor in the room. The staff panicked because they gave her and another child bearing age woman Xrays without asking about pregnancy possibility and/or running instant pregnancy tests. The other woman WAS pregnant so I hope that her child was not harmed. Nurse screwed up on injecting and loved o... read more

I am a long time patient of this practice, my children have always been well cared for, the staff is phenomenal and go out of their way when you need help. The providers are incredibly knowledgeable and caring! BOTTOM LINE, IF YOU WANT GOOD MEDICAL CARE YOU WILL BE HAPPY!
The poor quality of service and lack of communication has made our experience with this facility the worst. From the beginning to the end, the experience was horrible and extremely difficult. From forgetting to send out prescriptions, to messing up our paperwork, to unanswered calls and lack of returning messages, this was by far the most unprofessional clinic I have dealt with. Do not recommend. Patients are left in their own filth.Patients aren't checked on in a timely manner.
This clinic is what a general practice or family practice clinic should be! They are flexible, fast, and the doctors generally spend a generous amount of time with each patient to attend to the patient's best interests. I've been to this practice three, maybe four times in the past two years. Each experience has been very comfortable. I am leaving this review because I had to cancel my appointment today, and I truly felt terrible about it - and wanted to do something nice for the practice that has become "my doctor's office"
